Susan Boyle did a great performance in Japan

Susan Boyle made Japanese people impressed and moved with her beautifull voice on the NHK New Year's Eve music gala called, "Kouhaku Uta Gassen", Red and White Battle.

She was introduce as "A Miracle Cinderella Lady" to the Japanese audience by Yukie Nakama, an actoress and the gala's red team MC.

Susan seemed to be nervous and did not understand what Takuya Kimura, a Japanese actor and a singer of an idol group, the SMAP, said in English. So, the audience felt that Kimura's English was bad, and laughed.

When Kimura did a gesture of pratfalling, Susan took off his gesture and felt more relaxed then.

I was watching this music gala with my family. When Susan Boyle started singing on the screen, all of my family members became silent and enjoyed her beautiful voice.

When I checked the Twitter after her performance, Japanese users were all saying that Susan Boyle's song was amazingly great and they wanted to listen to her songs more on the gala.

A Japanese male singer, Yusuke, said that he was very nervous and did not want to sing right after Susan's great performance according to the Oricon,  the Japanese entertainment media.

By the way, the Internet has really strong power.

It is very surprising that Susan Boyle's performance on the NYE are now on the Youtube. It's just an hour after her performance was broadcasted on the NHK.

Unfortunately, the Japanese public chose "White Team", which are consisted of all male singers over "Red Team", which are all female singers including Susan, but her performance was the best part of this NHK program.

Actually, Susan got the biggest hail of applause from the Japanese audience tonight. One of the Japanese media, Sankei Newspaper, described the applause that Susan got as "waterfall".

Many internet users in Japan evaluate SuBo's tonight performance very well, but they are very critical to the NHK and other Japanese singers who did not have enough voice ability. They seem to feel that the NHK invited unqualified Japanese singers compared to Susan Boyle.

Besides, some people criticized the NHK by using Takuya Kimura, an actor and a singer of an idol group, the SMAP as Susan's escort because they felt that Kimura and his agency are taking advantage of Susan's world fame by being with her.

I am sure SuBo attracted Japanese people very well and she did a great performance as her first one in Japan.

According to the Japanese tabloid newspaper, Daily Gendai, the NHK paid 10 milion yen, which is about 101thousand dollars to Susan for this show. Actually, it was worth to pay for her performance.

However, one big anxiety is left to Susan Boyle fans around the world. Takuya Kimura, a Japanese actor with Susan Boyle, belongs to the entertainment agency named, "Jonny's entertainment"in Japan. Its agency is infamous as being very strict on the copyrights.

So, it will be unable to see Susan Boyle's performance on NYE in Japan on the youtube soon maybe...That is really unfortunate that Susan Boyle was with this actor.

P.S. I personally believe that Ant and Dec were much better MCs than these Japanese MCs who were actors and actoresses and have no sense of humor.
